Kaitlyn Keith Joins Pro-Form with a Relationship-Driven Approach to Sales

Kaitlyn Keith is the latest addition to Pro-Form Custom Packaging. She’ll be covering the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX and Oklahoma City, OK regions as the newest sales representative. She brings an energetic, relationship-driven approach to helping customers that fits perfectly with Pro-Form’s culture.

Pro-Form Feels Like Family

Kaitlyn discovered Pro-Form through a family connection. She was immediately drawn to the company’s culture.

“I liked that it wasn’t an impersonal corporate environment,” Kaitlyn explains. “Pro-Form feels like family. They genuinely care about you as a person.”

Her approachable and hands-on style makes her ideal to represent a family-owned, American manufacturer known for quality and reliability. She experienced supply-chain delays firsthand in her previous industry and recognizes how domestic production can give customers a decisive advantage.

“People appreciate that Pro-Form’s products are made in America,” she says. “That reliability can make all the difference when it’s crunch time.”

“Kaitlyn embodies the enthusiasm and work ethic we value,” says Trey DeHart, Vice President, Business Development for Pro-Form. “Her competitive background and proven success in sales make her a great addition to our expanding team. We’re excited to see how she helps drive growth in these dynamic regions.”

Drive, Discipline and a Competitive Spirit

Kaitlyn learned the importance of perseverance and teamwork from playing soccer at the University of Oklahoma. She’s carried those qualities with her ever since.

She continued her education with a master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University and specialized training at Medical Sales College. Her studies in sports medicine informed her transition into medical device sales. Over four years she built lasting customer relationships, led product demos and exceeded sales goals while managing a multi-state territory.

“Soccer taught me how to handle adversity and keep pushing,” Kaitlyn says. “Working sales isn’t easy. You have to stay motivated and committed even when doors don’t open right away.”

Expanding Support in the Southwest

Pro-Form is growing nationwide and Kaitlyn’s addition only strengthens the company’s reach in Texas and Oklahoma. She’s already diving into customer outreach, learning Pro-Form’s systems and connecting with new prospects.
