A graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, Damon earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting, with a minor in Organizational Leadership Supervision. His career took him to Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he advanced from Audit Associate to Audit Senior. His responsibilities included managing complex financial engagements and multinational client relationships — experience that directly supports Pro-Form’s custom packaging operations.
 

The next step on his journey to Pro-Form was Reckitt subsidiary Mead Johnson Nutrition, a global leader in science-based pediatric nutrition products. He provided financial oversight and strategic analysis for the infant formula manufacturer’s supply chain operations and inventory management.
