Pro-Form Earns Two 2025 Pregis Purpose Awards for Sustainability Leadership

Reducing Carbon Emissions Through Recycled Content
Pro-Form received the 2025 Pregis Purpose Renew Award for helping reduce 150 metric tons of carbon emissions. We were able to meet this metric through the use of Pregis Renew™ solutions made with recycled content.
The impact of reducing 150 metric tons of carbon emissions is significant. This reduction is equivalent to recycling 53 tons of waste instead of sending it to a landfill, preventing the burning of more than 166,000 pounds of coal and avoiding the consumption of nearly 17,000 gallons of gasoline.
This award also reflects the role Pro-Form customers play in choosing sustainable packaging solutions that support long-term environmental goals.
Supporting a Circular Manufacturing Process
Pro-Form was also honored with the 2025 Pregis Purpose Recover Award for diverting 200,000 pounds of foam waste from landfills through the Pregis® Foam Densifier Program.
Through this program, foam scrap from manufacturing is compressed into dense polyethylene logs. These materials are then returned for recycling and reintroduced into future products rather than being discarded as waste.

The environmental benefits extend beyond recycling. Loose foam is lightweight and bulky, so it typically requires significant transportation capacity. Densification dramatically reduces shipping volume, allowing material that would normally require multiple truckloads to be transported much more efficiently.
